I think it is well built and went together easily. No complaints. I've used it about 30 times and love it. The only thing I've noticed is that since it has 2 burners operating from a single control, making the burner on the right, which is closest to the gas source, operate a little hotter than the one on the left, which actually comes in handy. I use a handheld infrared thermometer to sense the griddle temperature which I think an a very necessary accessory to have as meat needs about 400F and eggs around 300F. The control is very smooth and it can operate down to very low setting. The igniter works flawlessly. I like the front grease tray. I line it with tin foil that makes clean-up a snap. It's a great griddle if you are only cooking for a few people. We would recommend it.
