Looks great so far. Went together easily. Looks pretty rugged too. For what I need this will be great.The first cart i received had a bunch of broken pieces in it, even though the packaging looked fine. Bison was quick to send a replacement out after i submitted photos. New cart arrived with no issues. This is NOT Rubbermaid quality, but also not Rubbermaids price.We are using it in my pet boarding facility to bring the pets belongings to the front when they are leaving. We put duct tape on the 2" by 5" hole where a piece was missing. If I had the time, I would have returned it.It works well. But the cart has two broken areas when we receive.This cart has the perfect sized shelves. It use it loaded up with Akro-Mils 30098 ShelfMax Plastic Nesting Shelf Bin Box, 18-Inch Length trays that fit perfectly in the shelves. This way I can pull out just the tray needed and have things divided up logically. I would like to take off a half star for that fact that two of the wheels are fixed. It works okay if you move in long straight lines but in tight areas it is difficult to turn.used for art supplies .shelf came with a part broken off,did not send back needed it right awayI bought this to put supplies on for work. I roll it to different therapy rooms and it works well. Doesnt turn that well so the reason for my 4 stars.Exactly what I needed. Durable....the shipping carton as packaged by the manufacturer has non-existent protection for the contents. The cart arrived with all three trays cracked and completely smashed/broken on the corners from shipping damage. This is similar to what others have experienced. Returned item. Too bad as it looked like it was otherwise quite a nice quality item.Easy to put together, rolls well and holds lots. ?
