I've been using this DVD for a few years now and it has helped me greatly. My core and golf muscles have all been strengthened and my flexibility has also increased. As we age -- I'm 66 years old and a 12 handicap -- the most important thing is stretching the muscles and ligaments. This DVD is great for that. I also use the warm up routine before every practice and every round. I love going to the course as a single and beating everyone in my group!
