The Suspenz HD Airless Cart is well made, easy to assemble and light. It rolls easily over the pave boat ramp to the water even though the cart is loaded down with a Old Town Sportsman 120. The kayak is new and I have yet to fully rig the kayak, I'm putting that off until I figure out what accessories will best suit the way I fish. So the kayak may weigh in around 120 lbs. I have only used this cart once, on smooth pavement so I cannot say how the 10 inch wheels will do on rough ground. The straps with the quick release buckles are easy to use and are very capable of securing your kayak to the cart.I gave this kayak cart 5 stars even though the cart is not a good fit for my Old Town Sportsman 120. Because of the DoubleU hull design that keeps the kayak stable when standing on the deck of this fishing kayak, the cart is too narrow making it difficult to span the DoubleU design in the center of the kayak bottom. It causes one or the other contact points to slid into the U design tilting the kayak. I would have to take some time to adjust the kayak on the cart to make contact with the flat outer hull. That being said, I have found that if I move the cart further back on the kayak where the kayak is narrower the cart fits just fine. The rub is, because the cart is further back you wind up carrying more weight when you lift up the front of the kayak. I like the kayak more towards the center of the kayak, near the seat, to balance the weight and then its light, easy to move and maneuver. Its a little more trouble, a little more time but I prefer that to carrying more weight. I have a mod in mind already to fix this issue.Suspenz does have a cart that I think will fit better, All-Terrain Super Duty AIRLESS Cart. For $30 more I could have gone that route and skip the modification I will be making to the Suspenz cart that I ordered. By design the AT SD Airless Cart would carry a Old Town Sportsman using the DoubleU hull design. Looks like perfect match.Anyway if my mod does not work, I will give my grandson my Suspenz HD Airless Cart and purchase Suspenz All-Terrain Super Duty AIRLESS Cart. It's appears bigger, taller and folds up larger than the Suspenz HD Airless cart that I bought, which is why I made the choice I made. It looks like it would take up too much space in the kayak if I choose to carry it.Bottom line, I would not give it a second thought to make another Suspenz purchase, the quality is top notch, great finish, the straps looks to be of good quality. The buckle, it works fine but I have some reservation of the metal. I'll not ding it a star for a maybe. Let's see what happens down the road, time will tell. Over all, I think I will get years of service from this cart.
