Bought this golf cart glove box cover and was to fit an EZGO RXV from 08-15 and we have a 2014 model and didn't fit. Tried to call the company Performance Plus and was on hold for ever until I hit the number to have a call back which was on a Monday and 2 days later never received a call back for tech assistance for the install of product. So called Amazon and this was a 3rd party item so had to wait for them to contact via email. We went back & forth in regards to the return with a prepaid label and they said it wasn't there fault the product didn't fit. We responded with the description said it was for 08-15 and we have a 2014. After pointing that out to them they did finally give us a prepaid label after a couple more e-mails. And then told us in the last e-mail that we would have to contact Amazon for the return. So had to call Amazon to do an A-Z return. We did get our full refund but would not purchase from this company again. Terrible Customer Service for sure.
